Burger + Fries craving time!  Romer's Burger Bar is located on Mainland Street in Yaletown specialized in Burgers.  We have never been there before.  We found this place when we were searching places for causal brunch near the neighborhood.  It was a rainy Saturday and we did not want to walk far from home.  Romer has a wide selections of pub food and drinks.  Their '4 Buck Everyday Minglers" and '5 Buck Daily Deals' drink menu are really a good deal.

Very refreshing and crisp flavor; perfect match with burger.

Hubby said it was more like a Bellini; taste was too sweet.

over coconut ginger slaw/ blistered jalapenos/ toasted sesame seeds
It was a fusion starter served with chopstick.  The sealed tuna was chubby and a lil stiff.  The jalapenos was too spicy for me.  I like the coconut ginger slaw, had a hint of Asian flavor.

The burger did not come with fries so we added a side order of yam fries to share.  The yam fries were hot and crispy.  The hand-crafted patty was tasty and flavorful but a lil dry.  The bun was good too!  Overall it was tasty and we enjoyed the burger a lot.  .

         

  We would say Romer's is a good place for Happy Hour and hang out with a group of friends.
