NEW!!!  Kongee Dinesty, a new Chinese restaurant located on Garden City/ Capstan Way. 
    A friend strongly recommended me to come and try this congee place so we chose to come at a Thursday night. 
Oh-oh, they are more than just a congee place.  They serve congee at the day time and they switch to serve traditional Chinese dishes at the night time.  Although we could not try their congee this time, I am very happy to enjoy the Chinese dishes that we ordered.  

 MUST EAT:  Stir Fried Rice Cake with Chicken

Attentive and friendly service.

We picked a soup and two dishes from Chef's Choice. 

Crab Meat & Fish Maw Thick Soup $15.80 (small)

 Generous portion of fish maw and crab meat.  Nice!

Mild flavor and seasoning; way beyond delicious by just adding a bit white pepper and vinegar.

 

Fresh Lettuce Wrap @ $19.80

Nice stir fried dices of vegetables, scallops and shrimps. 
Tasty and refreshing dish of lettuce wrap!
It was not heavy and greasy at all.

 Stir Fried Rice Cake with Chicken @ $17.80

Interesting and OMG delicious dish!!!  Must Eat. 

  Good portion of meat, rice cake with lots of onions, shallots and seasoning in the piping hot pot.  Chicken pieces were in good size and tender.  I really like the light and mild soy sauce seasoning which made the bland rice cake so flavorful.  This was OMG delicious and I wanted to eat more pieces with my bowl of rice.

 My dessert:  Steam Milk, Ginger Flavor

 

My hubby repeated 5-time to say the dishes were delicious tonight.  Therefore, we will be back for sure!  Heard a lot of wave comments on their congee and Chinese donut.  I would love to try them on my next visit.  Highly recommended this place!
