Chosun Korean Restaurant @ South Burnaby
Food: 4/5 Service: 3/5 Atmosphere: 3/5 Price: Avg. $14/person
We decided to go Chosun for Friday Lunch. Chosun is specialized in Korean cuisine located on Kingsway nearby our office. Our colleague strongly recommend us to go together for lunch. This was my first visit and I was so looking forward to have a Bibimbap under a chill windy day of October. The lunch combo specials was a great deal. Other than Korean dishes and Korean BBQ, sushi and Japanese food were on the lunch combo menu too. We ordered the lunch combo; came with the complimentary banchans and salad.

The meat was flavorful and juicy. Good portions of meat and veggie. The bowl was sizzling hot; it was so good! LIKE!
Hot Stone Bowl - Yukhoe @ $13.95

This was my colleague's favorite! Yummy!
Lunch box @ $9.95
My colleague's choice.
The portion of the lunch box was quite large. My colleague said it was okay but rather to order other Korean dishes at next time visit.

For the price of what we had, I cannot complain at all. I would love to come back to try their signature BBQ for dinner in the near future! Staff was lacking in the restaurant so service could be slow during rush lunch hours. Parking could be painful due to limited parking space; try to look for the meters on the streets along Kingsway.
