24 Train Express Noodle House @ Downtown

 Pho, a comfort food of mine. We usually visit PHO house 2-3 times a month. 

We were too lazy cooking after work (even too lazy to drive for dinner); therefore, we decided to go for Pho at 24 Train Express which is only 5 minutes walk from home.  The restaurant was emptied when we walked in; a big question mark on my mind, STAY or NOT?  Lol.

Wow, a pitcher of tea?!  Wish it was beer.  LOL.

Item 14:  Pho Tai Nam, Gan Sach
Rare Steak, Tendon, Tripe & Brisket Noodle In Soup
 The broth was a little salty and not hot enough.
 Meat and noodles qualities were average.  Overall it was okay at this price.

 

 Item 52:  Grilled Lemongrass Pork Chop with Steamed Rice
Pretty standard, the grilled pork had no lemongrass flavored.

 I admit that I've become more picky on Pho quality.  24 Train Express is definitely not one of the best pho in town but still fair quality and big portions in this low price range.  It would not be a place I go frequently while craving Pho.
