Gudrun Tasting Room @ Steveston
Food: 3.5/5 Service: 3.5/5 Atmosphere: 4/5 Price: Avg. $40 person
After dinner with Sushi Hachi, Hubby and I decided to check out Gudrun Tasting Room in Steveston Village. I grew up in Steveston neighborhood so I'm quite familiar the area. Gudrun is a quiet secret place with a neat patio area located on Mocton Street in Steveston village. I heard that their kitchen is quite small so I think that is why they try to keep the menu simple with limited varieties.
Modern décor with relaxing atmosphere; a great place a chillax a night away with hubby!
Are you Tinkerbell?
Averill Creek Charm de L'ile @ $50
Recommended by the owner Patrick. It was good! Nice fruity aroma and crisp!
Trio Platter @ $22
Cheese and Charcuterie, accompanied by an assortment of mustards, olives, apricots, mangoes, dates, figs and jam.
Refreshing! Portion was slightly smaller compared with other restaurants.

Complimentary bread
Gudrun is a good chillax place to go with group of friends for some wines and chats. Gudrun is a tasting room for light and simple dishes to pair with wines. It is better not to go with empty stomach! LOL.
