Pho An Nam [安南餐廳] @ No. 3 Road

I have a nickname, Sida AKA Pho Queen among friends. The rating of Pho An Nam is quite good on Urbanspoon so we came here for dinner at Friday night. Pho An Nam is located on No. 3 road next to HSBC, across from City Hall.
I like their combo meals. A combo includes a bowl of pho/main dish, a drink and a spring roll at a reasonable price.
Combo 2 Pho Special @ $12: Special Mixed Beef with Rice Noodle Soup [small]+ Spring Roll + Vietnamese Coffee
Beef Broth is always the SOUL of Pho to a bowl of beef noodle. The broth was a little salty and too much black pepper. I would ask the servers not to add the pepper next time. I expected the taste would be richer and thicker than this.
Combo 4 Rice Special @ $14: Grilled Pork Chop, Shredded Pork & Egg with Rice + Spring Roll + Rainbow Beans
The grilled pork chop was so good and tasty! The shredded pork and spring roll were average. Too bad the rice was completely cold; it would be nice to have it lukewarm to eat with the beautiful pork chop.

Overall, good portion and food quality was good. Very attentive service. They do not have the best Pho here but I would definitely come back for the rice combo in the near future.
