Thai Son Restaurant is located on 2nd floor of the plaza on Garden City.
We used to go their another location on East Boardway in Vancouver which the quality is good and stable generally. I think it is the best one among all Thai Son locations. It's been a LONG LONG time since my last visit in Richmond location; probably at least 5 years. Thai Son in Richmond location was not on my PHO favorite list before since the overall quality was not outstanding in my memory. Well... memory could be wrong! Great meal with bunch of good friends and their kiddos!

For myself: House special combination beef in rice noodle soup, large size
The Broth is always the "soul to a bowl of Pho. It was piping hot when serving. A lil bit oily but the broth was very rich and deep flavor with just about right amount of seasoning. Very generous portions of meat and the quality was good too. Noodle quality was okay.

For my hubby: Grilled lemongrass pork chop, shredded pork with a fried egg on steamed broken rice
Fresh and great portions of ingredients; cannot complain at all.
The grilled pork chop and shredded pork was so good and flavorful. The shredded pork was a big surprise; it was so tasty to eat with the broken rice. Delicious!

Very good and refreshing!
Clean and comfortable environment which makes it a kids friendly PHO joint. Good size portions at very reasonable price range. Very good service. I would add Thai Son Richmond to my list now.
