May 14th, 2016

WildTale Coastal Grill @ Yaletown

Food:  3.5/5   Service:  3.5/5   Atmosphere:  4/5   Price:  Avg. $ 25 person

After some crazy hours of shopping in DT, YAHHHH HAPPY HOUR!!!  Everyone loves a good happy hour (I believe) LOL.  Yaletown is an amazing neighborhood that you can find wide selections of restaurants and bistros.  We randomly picked WildTale and we never been here before.
Simple HH menu at a very reasonable prices.  All bites come in small size at $6 and $2/pc shucked oyster (min. 1 dozen).  HH runs from 3-6PM & 9 to close daily.

We were seated by the patio,HH under the sun in the nice May weather, amazing!
Cocktails @ $7 each
great deal!

Fresh Shucked Oyster, Fresh horseradish, lemon@ $2/pc, minimum 1 dozen
Fresh and delicious.

Humboldt Squid - Spicy dill yogurt @ $6
Light deep fried squid with the spicy dill yogurt, tasty.

Halibut Poppers - Pickle and dill dipping sauce @ $6
Average, not my favorite appy.

Convenient location and the lively atmosphere with a pretty good HH menu at a very reasonable price.  I would say WildTale is not the best in the neighborhood but definitely a good place to come for Happy Hour.  I'll definitely come back to try their brunch and dinner menu.
