Bravo Restaurant & Lounge @ Chilliwack

Food:  3.5/5   Service:  3/5   Atmosphere:  4/5   Price:  Avg. $70/person

Hubby and I went on a short road trip to Chilliwack and Harrison Hot Springs area over the weekend.  We read quite a lot of good reviews online about Bravo so we chose this restaurant for our 1st wedding anniversary dinner.
Bravo Restaurant & Lounge is a high end restaurant to go for fine dining at Chilliwack Downtown.  The interior décor is elegant and classy with excellent seating and warm atmosphere.  We are spoiled with all the top rated and delicious dining places in Downtown Vancouver so we walked in with very high standard and expectations. it was an unique and romantic dining experience in Chilliwack!

Candle Light Dinner!

Started from some fresh breads.  We refilled few times during the dinner.

Salad of poached figs, crispy prosciutto & blue cheese @ $12
Fresh vegetables and delicious.

Pan seared scallops on crispy yam with saffron cream @ $14
Tasty but not outstanding.

Entrée Special  @ 26
I forgot to drop down the dish name!  The lamb was beautiful and cooked perfectly.  Very tender, juicy and well seasoned.

Warmed pineapple upside-down cake with house-made coconut rum ice cream @ $9
The cake was warm and moist; simple flavor but tasted so good and melted in my mouth!  The house made ice cream was excellent and not too sweet.
My sweet tooth was happy!

They open from Wednesday to Saturday from 5pm; reservation is highly recommended.
Overall good quality dishes and portions are reasonable.  Price is on the high side.
If you are looking for great meal in Chilliwack, Bravo is definitely a good choice.
It is a good place to enjoy meals with family and friends for special occasions.
