Soft Peaks Ice Cream @ Gastown

4 of us were walking around the Gastown area while waiting the table from "Ask for Luigi". Therefore, we decided to go check out Soft Peaks and have an ice-cream before dinner!
The interior is bright and spacious.

Original Peak with Syrup @ $4.75
The ice-cream was light texture, soft and smooth. Mild sweet flavor with a touch of vanilla and super rich milk flavor. I like it so much! The ice-cream is made with local and organic ingredients. Avalon milk is my favorite!
The honey made the ice cream sweet and delightful.
Organic milk, sweetened with honey. Absolutely delightful dessert before or after dinner! LOL.
